                                                    CSA gravemarking ceremony

We gathered at the request of Ann and Chuck Schlemm of Tenneessee,present in period clothing, to honor
Ann's ancestors the Johnson Brothers of Fayetteville. The two men served in the 53rd Ga. Infantry Regiment,
and both died in service, one in battle, one of illness. The markers were placed in the Phillips Family
Cemetery on Davis Road in central Fayette Co.
: Sharpsburg Sharpshooter Camp member Eddie Lanham for ordering and placing the markers;
McLaws Compatriot Tony Parrott for having the county cut the grass at the entrance to the cemetery;
Piper: Richard Smith of the Col. Charles T. Zachry Camp of Henry County for his wonderful music;
Color guard presenters (all youngsters) Joshua Gilbert, Jacob Gilbert, and Blake Roberts
McLaws Chaplain: Joe Bray for a wonderful prayer
